Requirements for All Positions
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 minimum
- Unrestricted, valid passport
- Right to work in EU/EEA
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Position-Specific Requirements

Type Rated Captains
- EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
- Valid C525 (Cessna Citation CJ-2) Type Rating
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC (Pilot in Command)
- Minimum 500 hours on jet aircraft
- Minimum 200 hours on C525 (CJ-2) aircraft preferred
Non Type Rated Captains
- EASA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
- Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 1,000 hours PIC (Pilot in Command)
- Minimum 500 hours on jet aircraft
- Willingness to undergo C525 (CJ-2) Type Rating training
- Advanced UPRT Certificate required
- MCC + JOT or APS MCC Certificate required
Type Rated First Officers
- EASA CPL/IR (Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating) or ATPL
- If CPL/IR only: ATPL theory credits required
- Valid C525 (Cessna Citation CJ-2) Type Rating
- Minimum 500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 200 hours on C525 (CJ-2) aircraft preferred
- Minimum 100 hours on jet aircraft
- Willingness to upgrade to Captain position
Non Type Rated First Officers
- EASA CPL/IR (Commercial Pilot License with Instrument Rating) or ATPL
