Privacy Policy (GDPR)

2. What data we process and why

Contact and quotation requests: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message — processed to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract).
Broker registration: company and contact details — processed to establish and manage the broker relationship (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Pilot applications: personal details, licence, medical certificate, logbook, CV and training certificates — processed for recruitment purposes only (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent given when submitting the application).

3. Retention

Pilot application data and uploaded documents are automatically deleted 30 days after submission. Enquiry data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request, unless a contract is concluded. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by writing to office@jet-solution.com.

4. Recipients

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties. It is accessible only to authorised staff of JET SOLUTION Kft. and, where technically necessary, to our hosting provider acting as data processor.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or with the supervisory authority of your place of residence.

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary functionality is used to deliver the pages you request.
